The problem
“Just ask Pete.”
Every company runs on a few heads. The wiki that was supposed to fix it is out of date, and everyone knows it. When Pete leaves, everything he knows leaves with him.
How it works
A knowledge base that fills itself.
Duna only answers from Q&A pairs your own experts have verified. Every unanswered question goes to the right colleague, whose reply becomes a verified answer for everyone. This is what that looks like:
-
1Someone asks, and the answer is already verified. The confidence level, the source and who verified it: visible every time, not buried in a citation.
-
2And when it isn't, Duna says so. No guess, no hallucination. The question goes to the colleague who owns that topic, and the asker can follow it.
-
3The expert answers once, and it's published. One reply becomes a verified Q&A for everyone after, and the person who asked gets notified. That's the whole maintenance process.
Every unanswered question makes your company permanently smarter. And Pete gets his day back.
Why Duna
Built on trust, not AI magic.
Presents, never generates
The AI presents curated knowledge; it never makes anything up. Below the confidence threshold there is no answer, just a route to the expert. By design, not by prompt.
Aging is visible
Every answer has a re-verification window. When it lapses, you see it: the label shifts from Verified to Indicative.
Any language, the same knowledge
Ask in Polish, answer curated in Dutch: Duna matches across languages. Built for multilingual workplaces.
Your knowledge stays yours
Hosted on EU servers in Germany, or fully self-hosted. No dependency on US cloud services: company knowledge is too valuable to give away.
Early stage, deliberately
Talk to the founder.
Duna is young. Over the coming months we're building it together with a small number of knowledge-intensive SME's that recognise this problem, with a direct line to the maker and terms to match. Pick a time that suits you.
